• Burn Time: Burn for a minimum of 2 hours and a maximum of 4 hours.
• Wick Maintenance: Trim the wick before each use to slightly less than 1/4 inch to help with a clean, even burn and minimize soot.
• Environment: Burn in a well-ventilated room and avoid drafts to prevent an uneven burn and excessive soot.
• Protect Your Candle: Keep your candle covered with a lid or box to protect the quality wax from dust which can dull its scent over time.
• Heat Sensitivity: Protect the candle from heat to ensure optimal performance. Our candles can be sensitive to heat as they are free of synthetic chemicals or additives typically used as a stabilizer.
• Melt Pool: It's completely normal for your candle not to reach full melt pool for the first few burns! This happens because our candles are made from all-natural beeswax, which burns differently and has a higher melting point than paraffin or soy wax. This typically resolves as you burn the candle over time and does not affect the overall performance.
